A new young dynamic folk band - the Black Hares - will be be performing for the first time in public tomorrow at the Bowery in Division St. Sheffield K.O 8.00 pm

Free admission and Kelham Island bitter - and open until midnight.

What's this about free beer? I've changed the thread title to reflect the cancellation, but maybe we ought to all go and just drink the free suds....

The new venue is the Bath Hotel, just at the back of Glossop Road Baths.

Good venue although smaller. The beer is at Sheffield prices and a large choice. Every time I have been in there it has been in superb condition.

But it isn't free.
