They've temporarily been held at the Museum Of Lincolnshire Life while refurbishment work at the library was carried out. All musicians & audience welcome to the session which runs from noon-2pm. Come along to play or relax and enjoy the music. Admission is free.
Plus there's also a special Saturday lunchtime Festive Write Note at Lincoln Central Library on the 19th December running from noon-2pm. Musicians and audience welcome.

Have a good one, Steve. I am always at work then but it always sounds as though it is a good session. The Saturday one sounds good if I have been organised enough to finish my Christmas shopping but will look in on here nearer the time. All the best and thanks for putting it on as it is all good for promoting live music. Cheers!

I can assure any one who is in the locale that they would be investing 2 hours of their lives in a most pleasant and enjoyable way if they pop into the library for a play and/or a listen.

Yep, working too, and the dates always coincide with my busy time - month end is baa-a-a-a-ad for accountants!

Steve - if you run them mid-month, I can take time off and come over, but the first eight working days are impossible (in every sense of the word!).

Sorry about the thread drift but...... Daithi, is there a Dog & Bone session on Sunday 3rd January? We might just be in Lincoln that day.

Thanks

Paul

Banjiman - as far as I know the Session at the Dog and Bone is on - we're hoping to make it too.

Don't know what agny singing is, guest, but I can confirm that there are performers who do encourage joining in with the choruses.

We had music & songs from Ragtime Pete,Brigg Pete,Big John,Railroad Len,Strummin Steve plus added percussion from Laptop Steve. There's an added festive edition this month on Saturday 19th December but you don't have to play Christmas songs unless you want to!
