No Jack...we came and listened during your session...we were at the other end near the door..I drank several pints of Ossian and tots of Mcallan's Fine Oak. I saw you there playing your whistles.. some good music...wish I'd have realised who you were and said hello....maybe next time...

I'm not often in Sandy Bells except on Sunday afternoons. I'm fairly unmistakable...

me

...so I guess you came in later on Sunday for Freddy & Kathryn's session.

I've met Lori Watson - nice person as well as a fine musician. I didn't realize she was playing at EFC or I might have gone along.

Just returned from 10 days in Edinburgh ,where I managed a good dose of music. Thanks to Paddy and everyone at the Edinburgh Folk Club for the warm welcome. I really enjoyed singing there. Lori Watson and Rule of Three gave a brilliant performance (watch out for them folks!!) and it was good to meet up with Bella Hardy again. I also managed Saturday and Sunday sessions in Sandy Bells and The Royal Oak. Thanks to the Saturday group at the Oak for letting me sing. In Sandy Bells we just listened (and drank!!). Were you there Jack Campion? If so ..which one is you?   I love that city and no doubt I'll be back there one day.
