Hi. I've been looking for a good deal on a practice chanter for the
bagpipes. I'm looking for one that's in Canada.
I've come by a few sites that have chanters for sale, but I'm not sure
exactly where a good quality piece for a good deal would be.

I am no piper but some family members are, and most learned at Cape Breton's Gaelic College. If you post a query on "contact us" perhaps you will find an answer. My daughter purchased a chanter there as a student several years back but never kept it up. Perhaps someday.......... My g-niece is an excellent piper, having learned there and my son in law as well.

Why not ask on forums.bobdunsire.com where they specialise in this sort of query. You'd probably end up with more advice (and sources) than you need.
