Hi, NG. Do you have any other info about the song? There are MANY songs that use the phrase 'love me when I'm old'. In fact, try a google of

"love me when I'm old"

and many sites come up. Perhaps after you see the lyrics one of the songs/poems will ring a bell.

"I've recently heard this song, it's by a Male Artist, sounds Irish, the beat is an Old Time Waltz.
The lyrics go:-
