Subject: RE: Soundclick link for Catters From: Will Fly Date: 01 Feb 10 - 03:05 PM Not Soundclick, but I try and keep the "Audiofiles" page on my website up-to-date, though I'm behind ay the moment. This page contains the audio tracks to my YouTube videos. All the stuff is freely downloadable: Will Fly - Audiofiles Suppose I'll have to get cracking and get it up-to-date now... |

Subject: RE: Soundclick link for Catters From: VirginiaTam Date: 10 Jan 10 - 04:27 PM Chutzpah - I mean I sometimes freeze in the vicinity of recording equipment. Getting better though. It is weird that it is easier to be recorded in a live performance situation than in a dedicated recording session. And that is just me, alone and all by myself, recording from PC mike. I get nerves and forget phrasing, words, melody. It's bad. Maybe I should get drunk first. |
Subject: RE: Soundclick link for Catters From: kendall Date: 10 Jan 10 - 03:12 PM Has anyone ever told you your singing sucks? If not, do you think so? If not, do it. Get feedback from friends and insist on honesty. |
Subject: RE: Soundclick link for Catters From: VirginiaTam Date: 10 Jan 10 - 05:39 AM I love the Burying Ground and Milwaukee- St Paul. Think I want to learn the Milwaukee, St. Paul song. Also love the guitar in that one. Wish I had the stuff... (equipment, know how and most importantly, chutzpah) to record my singing. |

Subject: RE: Soundclick link for Catters From: kendall Date: 09 Jan 10 - 09:44 PM Yes indeed Dan, much appreciated. It's a bit hard for me to listen to Gently Down the stream of time because two dear friends who were on that recording are now dead. And, of course, Ashes on the sea was written by my friend, Utah Phillips. |

Subject: Soundclick link for Catters From: Jerry Rasmussen Date: 09 Jan 10 - 04:16 PM I'm having a lot of fun these days, setting up a blog and posting a music link. I'm wondering how many Catters are on soundclick.com. Here's my link: http://soundclick.com/jerryrasmussen If you have a music link, whether it's on soundclick or somewhere else, please post it on this thread so we can hear your music. Jerry I think I may have inadvertently made a link to my blog, too. Sorry about that. I'm not THAT great at computers... :-) |
