Sunday afternoon folk sessions are still happening at 4pm at the Sun Inn, Beverley; folk, blues, bluegrass, anything goes.

Open Mic night is every Tuesday with guest showcases on the second Tuesday of each month. 12th Jan features Martin Wharton, a great singer/songwriter from Hull.http://www.myspace.com/martinwharton

Open Mic guest night at the Sun Inn Beverley on Tues 9th March is Phil Wilson. Well worth catching for some great original songs and a few unusual covers. He's also got the biggest bank of effects pedals I've ever seen, takes up half the pub!

For all those in Beverley/Hull areas - Beverley Open Mic night still runs every Tuesday from 8.30pmish at the Sun Inn, Flemingate. All genres welcome. It's a really friendly do & we usually end up with an acoustic session at the end.
