Should be traveling from London to Weymouth Wednesday evening and wondered if anyone knew a club i could visit en route (and sing of course)

Hi Bob !! You would be MOST,in fact EXTREMELY,welcome at Marlow Bottom Acoustic (look on our website) on Wednesday,and we could put you up for the night as well ; Our venues vary,but this week it's a pub called the Prince Albert, in the pretty little village of Frieth,near Lane End ,not far off the M 40. From Marlow Bottom, 'tis but a short drive to the M 4,then a few miles to Reading,turn off on to A 33,then join M 3 in Basingstoke. But of course,it do depend on the weather-----we just 'phoned the pub,and at least the roads are clear at the moment. We think ,too,that Bracknell FC might be on a Wednesday night---their new home is a pub in Windlesham,Surrey.

Softly Softly in Islington is on Wednesdays...

...if you're on public transport, that'd be a good option; otherwise Marlow Bottom is a lovely club...

If you are confused by my directions,it's because that's how I anticipate that you wou get back to Weymouth-----it's the way I always returned from Henley,near Marlow, when I lived in Bournemouth and Christchurch,anyway !
