Hey Licette! Thank you a million times for the Tell Me Baby lyric. I've known that track since 1963, when I wore out the grooves on the Capitol album of the Hollywood sessions he's recorded in 1944, listening over and over learning how to play 12-string the way he did, or trying at least.   Just now, having acquired a big old ladder-braced 12-string like Huddie's, I've been working up many Lead Belly tunes for performance, and the only obstacle to my learning this one has been the third stanza. I never heard the TP and Morgan references clearly, so none of it made sense. It sure does now! As I write, it's late February 2018, so if at some future point you see this post, please accept my gratitude!   And visit my YouTube page if you like, where I will have posted my own humble rendition of this tune in homage to the master!
