Subject: Obit: Dave Cook has died, 02 Feb From: alex s Date: 03 Feb 10 - 11:50 AM From Burnley Folk Club: Dave died of cancer yesterday evening after a great deal of pain and suffering. Our thoughts and prayers are for his family. He was a fine musician and a great friend to many people. I shall remember him as he would wish - playing away on his trusty Martin with his beloved son Steve playing alongside him. We'll miss you, bonny lad. Rest in peace. |
