I've just discovered that Bruce is doing a UK tour this April, this has made me very happy. I have long wanted to see him on his own, rather than as part of a bigger ensemble, i.e. Mozaik. He is superb in the Transatlantic Sessions.

I saw Bruce on Friday evening, playing with Aly Bain, Phil Cunningham, Jerry Douglas, Russ Barenberg and loads of others too numerous to mention individually, in the 'Transatlantic Sessions On The Road' concert at the Birmingham Symphony Hall, and jolly good he was too.

In fact the whole show was Jolly Good - I'm astonished there's been no comment about it on Mudcat.
