Try contacting Hervé GUILLEMER & Hélène FOURNIER (contact@guillemer.fr, http://www.guillemer.fr) They live in brittany, but have lots of contacts amongst singers and musicians Quebec. (You need to use french if possible). hope this helps, Jane

there are so many talented performers...Quebec is rich in folklore, esp from the French experience and tradition..

check out 'La Bottine Souriante', Monsieur Lambert, Le Vent du Nord, for a start.. hopefully they'll be playing when you're there, if not there will definitely be other things happening.. you can always find a 'chansonier' in some bistro dans le vieux Montreal, or Quebec City..

Beer, say hi to Bruce for me... I'm glad that he got out of Albertastan

Guest Sailor,
I would p.m. a message but I can't because you here as a guest. Would like to know where you are from and more about your Quebec plans. Maybe I can help you a bit more.

I wondered why there have been fewer postings from Peace of late. If you are watching this Bruce, all the best and have a great tour with the "entourage of 'grope-ees"!
