Hi;
I found your site and joined, after posting a guest thread, and dontating the Lyrics, for the SOng: "I Love to go swimmin' with bow legged women, I do I do, I do......: posted moments ago by Guest: Lori at www.youtube.com/user/spiderman21112.

I am putting together a Karaoke CDG of all the Songs my Grandfather tuaght and sang to us....about 150 now, kids and grand kids. He played the acordian and mouth harp. They are old, bawdy many times and quite lovley and Irish for a Grand Father named:
"James Patrick McGraw"..........,..
Who was a Sheep Farmer in SD.......and even was given a WHOLE jail, when they built a new one, as he spent so much time in it......but he kept whole town singing even in the hoosgow, for being polluted (Intoxicated)...............LOL. The Jail even lived out in by the shelter belt in his western Pasture when as kids we would spend summers on farm.........Some songs are Irish, some are just odd and funny.....But   These songs are great fun sing along songs.......and should not take too much time, and a few are ones you would know already, but I REALLY would really like it to be in harmonica and Accordian, just like JP would do......!

I am putting this tribute together, so I can pay tribute to him and his wife who just passed (he passed in late 70's)to honor them and some great old songs, that are going to be gone, unless I get music to go with words. I have about 30 songs, Along with "I Love to go swimin' with Bow Legged Women....I do, I do, I do........, that I know, and I can teach someone as I am the "KEEPER OF THE SONGS", but I dont play an instrument.

I have smile awhile, and a few Irish songs, and they at times get dicey - bawdy..........But in good Irish form, they are always loved, sang and remembered by anyone who has the luck to attend one of these parties............

You can see my channel on you tube....family clean fun at: www.youtube.com/user/spiderman21112

Another song I would like to get done on karaoke is Chip, Chip by gene McDaniels, I have the 45 and we perform it during one of our sing alongs.......is is one of first ones I posted, on my channel, so may be at very bottom. It is titled at bottom of my channel: "

Thank you in advance for reading this long post, but I have only 4 months, to get almost 100 years of songs put to music, so others can enjoy them as well.
Thank you LC (Lori Celeste)
