I have a little more information for you. This was probably a signature tune for Koko Taylor. It was written by Johhny Wallace. For you Mudcatters out there, I have checked the DT, OLGA, Lyrics World, and Rabid Squirrel and have not found the lyrics. I don't have a bookmark for Harry's Blues Archives here at work, but that could be a source.

I have checked a few other sites. Ruth Brown did do this song in the swing era. I have founded it listed, but no lyrics.
