Subject: Upbeat songs about death From: ChillToad Date: 26 Mar 10 - 07:18 AM I'm putting together a short set (6 to 8 songs or so) with a common theme of death or dying. There's a huge number (thats one problem!)of tragic, poignant, pathetic etc songs to choose from , but I'd like to end on a more upbeat note. After we've all had a good cry over Barbara Allen or The Band played Waltzing Matilda, I'd like to "leave 'em laughing when I go". Suggestions please. |
