The music at this months Maudslay Thursday, on Thursday 8th April, will be provided by the renowned Scottish band The Tannahill Weavers. Named after the little-known Scots poet Robert Tannahill and featuring guitar, flute, fiddle and bagpipes, the band play both traditional and modern songs. Taking their inspiration from the music of both the Highlands and Lowlands, the Tannies really capture the diverse nature of Scottish heritage through music.
