The nearest thing I have is "The bosun's call" on Erik Ilotts LP "Shipshape & Bristol Fashion". It starts with a whistle and continues with a call (Lash up and stow).

Navy BuPers has a selection here (click).
The Sea Scouts also have a selection, but I'm guessing they're the same recordings.

...at the risk of sounding a pedant (!) when I was in the Sea Cadets (and yes,it was after the age of steam) we were told it was always a bosun's call , never a whistle.

If you can get hold of a copy of the Admiralty Manual of Seamanship (BR1937 - I think)it has a fold-out at the back detailing all the pipes made on the Bos'n's call. They turn up regularly in second-hand bookshops.

I've got a bosun's whistle if you'd like to try it out.
I can do "Piping the Side" for what it's worth.
Also a manual of "pipes."
