Sorry to hear that, Ticketseller.
It's always been the Friday booked in our diary - and advertised as such by us (our website/myspace/etc) since we got it months back.

I was told earlier this week that someone had seen the 'board' up in the pub and that this showed us down for the Sat eve!
The pub's phone being 'out of order', I actually drove down there to sort it.
The landlord was 'away' having some days off, but the lass checked their diary and, in actual fact, the entry in there had us down for the Thursday eve!!! - with a biro arrow added later moving the date to the Saturday!!! - I guess our landlord made an educated guess (without checking with us) when he moved it.

Anyway - that's irrelavant - we're there on Friday as some of band have long-standing commitments on the Sat - and all OUR ads were geared towards pulling folks in on the Friday.

Once again T/S, I'm sorry the pub has led you up the wrong path.
Hope we can do summat for you soon, another time, another place.

Have checked out venue and see it's reputed to be haunted. You never know, might just be suitable for ma-in-law (oops!) ......and as it's your acoustic set-up may be not too loud for her! May see you Friday night.
