Auction is operational. I'm going to test until at least Saturday. You can help by posting some stuff for fun. Post items and comment and bid, but it's pure fiction till Sunday.

I will wipe the database at midnight Saturday. If all goes well, we'll be real on Sunday.

I was going to ask the same question about currency.

How do auctions payments work? Does it go straight to mudcat or to the seller's paypal and then seller makes donation to mudcat?

Since the bulk of money is going to Mudcat - in the US - you would have to convert somewhere anyway. My suggestion is to leave the austion currency as USD.

Buyer and seller work out payment and delivery. Mud-cut is sent to our Paypal account. Translation: I don't do anything.

Didn't mean YOU Max -but since the cash ends UP in USD to get to you, if the bids are in that, it's up to the bidders to guess at their exchange rate.

Gee, I tried to auction Kendall, too - complete with a never-before-published photo. No cigar. It wouldn't work. Is there some block on human trafficking or something?
The auction thread creation all seemed to work normally (as if anything having to do with Kendall could be considered "normal"), but nothing showed up in the auction when I was finished.
