One of these years I intend to make it over to the Eigse Diarmuid O'Suilleabhain (sp?) but I suppose that's mostly down in the valley and anyway it's not close enough in time to the Music in the Mountains to attend both. One of these years I'll be able to spend more than four weeks in Ireland. One of these years....

Cheers,

David

Had a great session there a few weeks back on the Friday of Hammy Hamilton's flute "gathering". Very friendly, welcoming people, and some great musicians locally. My best wishes for a successful series of events.

Hi David

Sorry you can't make it, but enjoy the singing. The pub is our local, we live just a couple of miles from it also high in the mountains. It's a great place. Hope to meet you when you are over here again. We also have a weekend festival up there in October 'Music in the Mountains' It's a lot of fun.

All the best

John

It is a great place for the music. and the singing. It's right on the Cork-Kerry border high in the Derrynasagart Mts. I'm sorry I can't be there but my annual month in Ireland is already over and I'm sitting in Portland, Oregon, wishing...just wishing. (And doing a bit of singing, too.)

Cheers,

David
