A new draft bill was announced today which is causing controversy. Being a songwriter I like to have protection, but the critics say that it only protects big business.    One of the key features is making it an offence to pick digital locks. Anyone comment on this? here is a link to the CBC website

This bill protects those who have the cash to lobby our sad sack government to enact it, that being big recording companies! These companies have stolen so much from songwriters over the years, that I doubt you will find much protection!
