Subject: Music in Montgomery From: Trevor Date: 09 Jun 10 - 07:39 AM Just in case anybody fancies a visit to this beautiful part of the world, on July 3rd Rapsquillion are returning to perform at the Montgomery Street Fair during the day, and at The Dragon Hotel in the evening, together with Val Littlehales, who performs very amusing monologues in south shropshire dialect and another local band who perform Palm Court-type stuff. All the proceeds are going to the Motor Neurone Disease Association - some 'catters may remember that my Dad died of MDA last Christmas. If you can't get to the gig and fancy a bash at our quiz, or buying a draw ticket (brilliant prizes including a long weekend near St Tropez), let me know. Cheers, Trevor |
