From: Bill D Date: 18 Jun 10 - 02:30 PM Early on, there was lots of mention of other companies, and reports on big arguments about how to do the disconnect from the well so the drilling platform could move away and pumping platform be attached. **Someone** decided to overrule the cautious ones and take the shortcut....which went **boom**. I'm betting the decision came down to one man who controlled the planning for getting the pumping rig connected. So far, no one has named names. |
