Hi, I'm coming down to London on teh 5th of July, meeting a folky friends from America there, just wondering (Hoping) thats theres a session somewhere to go to, pref. all styles (eng, irish, scot, french, swed .... etc!)

London is a rather large place , and getting home from a session late at night might not be possible if the session was in East Ham and your hotel was in Ealing !

Cant think of a Session on a Monday this side ! Herga Folk Club is Monday as is Staines Folk Club , but again you have the problem of getting back !!

No, due to holidays, festivals etc. we are not holding a session untl 20th September. Is The George in Southwark on, as they run most Mondays.

The George a mixture of English, French, Breton and whatever else you fancy. rather loud from the punters at eight oclock but they disperse once the music starts and the room gets full of musicians
