Introducing the harp-saz (or maybe lyre-saz):

Given how long it usually takes a saz player to tune just 3 courses, that thing is going to be quite some time commitment.

(Technical oddity: at two points he seems to be using harmonics - I don't think I've ever seen a saz player do that before).

Looks great, but he doesn't seem to be using the extra strings!

He is, but in quite a subtle way - there's an occasional swoosh of sound that accentuates the tune.
