Subject: Hedgehog Pie reunion From: mikesamwild Date: 12 Jul 10 - 12:45 PM We really enjoyed the concert at Bansley the other weekend, thanks to the band and the folk club organisers. HP are on at Warwick Festival , the banter and music was great despite PA glitches and the heat. We were embarassed to ask at the Trades Club where the Conservative Club venue was!!. |

Subject: RE: Hedgehog Pie reunion From: r.padgett Date: 13 Jul 10 - 03:29 AM Yes sorry about the Con club Barnsley fc is now ensconced at the Trades club every Monday altho we do have Andy Irvine coming on Oct 1st to the Con club (still) The econonic situation regarding pubs in general is that pubs a closing down daily getting a decent venue is problematic! No I wasn't at the Hedgehog do (compering at Cleckie ff), but hope to see 'em at Warwick ff Ray Padgett Chairman Barnsley folk club |
