Subject: RE: BS: Canadian(?) movie: teacher/pupil afair From: Gulliver Date: 19 Aug 10 - 02:23 PM Thank you Guest Neil, it is indeed Carried Away - called Acts of Love here in Ireland. In the film poster on your link Dennis Hopper is the teacher, the woman in the middle is the older woman and the girl at the bottom is the teenager. Mudcat does it again! (with help from Wikipedia!) |

'Cause it sure sounds like it. I too thought it was an older woman and a younger male. Funny how a mind will fill in the blanks. |

Subject: RE: BS: Canadian(?) movie: teacher/pupil afair From: Stilly River Sage Date: 15 Jul 10 - 07:37 AM I understood the original premise as stated. You'll have to give us a kernel of information to search from. One of the actor's names, the director, the year it was made. Was it on television very recently? Who showed it? "Back track" is too common a term to be able to search on it as a title in a general web search, and the titles with that name in IMDb don't have enough information attached to know if any of them is correct. Subject: RE: BS: Canadian(?) movie: teacher/pupil afair From: bubblyrat Date: 15 Jul 10 - 04:42 AM Which direction you lean in is,of course,up to you,PoppaGator !! As to definitions : well, in the English that I speak, "Blond" is the masculine and "Blonde" is the feminine, when referring to hair colouring, so I naturally took the "young blond" to be a boy ( as one would ; well, in England, and probably France also ). |

Subject: RE: BS: Canadian(?) movie: teacher/pupil afair From: PoppaGator Date: 14 Jul 10 - 03:43 PM Is the teacher male and the student female, or vice-versa? The OP is ambiguous; bubblyrat seems to have assumed that the teacher was female and the "young blond" a male, while I lean in the other direction. |

Subject: RE: BS: Canadian(?) movie: teacher/pupil afair From: Ebbie Date: 13 Jul 10 - 03:56 PM Well, don't do what I did: I googled 'barebacked teacher + movie' and got a lot of links to gay porn. (Didn't try any) lol |
Subject: BS: Canadian(?) movie: teacher/pupil afair From: Gulliver Date: 13 Jul 10 - 10:24 AM To settle an argument, I'm looking for the name of a movie, possibly Canadian, about a middle-aged teacher (?) living on a farm who is seduced by an attractive blond teenager, and they have an affair. She rides around, bare and bare-back, on one of his horses. Afterwards he proposes to an older woman, but she finds out about the girl, and is mortified. The TV listing called it Backtrack, but I can't find it under that name on the net. |
