Nope... it suggests that the band's playing during a ceilidh would cause you to dance so wildly that your legs would get tangled up - plaited.

No mention of the late Pete Fitzpatrick?

Ahh yes Bernard, Pete Fitz, former all Britain Accordian champion and greatly missed member of the band and regular on Monday nights at the Oddfellow. lovely man & Man City fan.
