I've just uploaded three of the thirteen tracks to our
myspace
page.
. It took me longer to upload to myspace than it did to produce the bloody album but anyway ... It's done now. 'Following the Old 'Oss' 'Stockton town' and 'Beneath the sandwell Gate' are on there.
I've just sent the CDs off to be duplicated. They should be back to us by next week, and then we'll get them out to everyone who preordered.
It'll be a really busy week next week with the Tall Ships Festival, but hopefully we'll have time to put together a podcast on the new album giving some more indepth information about the songs.

The audio quality of myspace is not brilliant but it will give you an idea of how the songs sound.

We encourage self-promotion at Mudcat - but within limits. Figure a limit of one thread per album your group produces. I combined the pre-order, "available NOW," and iPod threads into one; and I combined a few of your earlier advertising efforts also.
If you are promoting more than one gig in a week, consider starting a PermaThread that has the latest information on your group.
If you promote too much, people get tired of you; and moderators begin expressing themselves with exasperated sighs.
