Moving to England won't help.. I can't get it either and I only live over the hill from Ryburn. I could sign up but it appears that I'm signing up to create podcats. I'll just have to stop going out on Sunday mornings and listen to the original
Hmmmm!

I am having trouble getting this too..........clicking on the link gives me Phoenix FM, clicking on the podcast gives me the Podcast company - then a list of podcasts but no Rolling Down the Ryburn.

I suspect it is my own technical inexpertise. But I would like to hear it.

I used to enjoy listening to this show, downloaded to my computer here in sunny Australia at the press of a button. John does a great job.

Unfortunately, downloads are now redirected, and require subscription to a third party podcasting company (podcastfm), which apparently won't work outside of the UK without a paid subsciption. Hmmm.

Wondering if the the Phoenix site been hijacked? Or is it legitimate?

If the latter, then any advice as to how I might be able to continue receiving this show for less than 5 quid a month? (Yeah, I know, move to England. Right!)

Refresh - and yes, Pete has a way with words! (and he's a good banjo player!)

You've got to love Pete Coe, quote ' I like doing ballads with the banjo, it adds to the misery '

I've not posted any info for a while but Ryburn 3 Step's monthly programmes have been regularly airing on PhoenixFM. (96.7FM in Calderdale and online).

The July programme is now available as a podcast - studio guest Pete Coe talks about his new album, Chris Coe joins him to talk about Bandoggs and Nic Jones prior to the Sidmouth tribute concert, and we hear from Jim McFarland, Martin Wyndham Read, Windy Gyle Band, Vic Gammon, Chris Manners and more.
