Just returned home from a 2 day adventure to Paul Beard's (Beards Guitars) in Maryland where my Washburn ES-10 got ***THE WORKS***... Yup, a "Beard" spun cone, new bone nut and mahogany bridge and...

...a Fishman pick-up so this geetar can now be plugged in!!!

Tell ya'll what... If you have ever played a Beard Guitar then you knw that these folks know what the heck they are doing when it come to resonator geetars...

When I picked it up they asked me if I wanted to hear it thru their amp and so, yeah, I played it thru their amp and it sounded GREAT but...

...got home and played it acoustic and it's literally twice the geetar as it was yesterday morning and, true story, of 3 other resonators this was the best playin' and soundin' geetar I owned!!!

Ain't often that somethin' like this happens to a musican but when it does, man, it feels good... I mean, lot better than goin' out an buying a new geetar... Lot better...

B~
