Any Mudcatters in the Manchester/Cheshire/Derbyshire area who would like to see Charlie Noble(Ipcar) on his UK September tour can catch up with him at Midway Folk Club, Stockport on Monday 6th September when he will be doing an extended spot in their usual singaround. Alternatively, he will be singing informally at The Navigation Inn, Buxworth on Tuesday, 7th December. Whether this is a singaround or not depends on some other mudcatters/singers attending. Everyone welcome.

Oops! That should, of course, have been Tuesday, 7th September at the Navigation Inn, Buxworth (or Bugsworth) nr Stockport.

Who knows, I may decide to apply for a resident card!

But our current plans are to travel from Buxworth up to Fleetwood, and then cross over to Northern Yorkshire, and then back to London. Check my main thread for more details.

I'm looking forward to singing some canal boat songs at the Midway Folk Club and at the Navigation Inn where we will be staying.

Buxworth's only just down the road for me, but I'll be in Chicago - otherwise I'd have gone along.

Any mudcatters in the Derbyshire/Stockport area who want to meet Charley will find him in the Navigation Inn, Buxworth on Tuesday evening (7th Sept 2010). Alternatively he will be travelling on a blue narrowboat called 'Moonlight Shadow' from High Lane to Bugsworth (via Marple) from about 11am on that day. Why not stick out a thumb and hitch a ride?
