A friend of mine would like to know
who this Korean folk artist is (her picture is here).

"I found this picture- which I think is from a record album- when I was in Seoul Korea.   Jim thinks the picture was taken in LA or somewhere in the States. She may have been a Korean folk artist who came to the US or the CA music scene back in the late 60's or 70s, or maybe she's Asian American. Do you recognize her? I really want to know who she is. Thanks for your help!"

This guy Hahn Dae Soo, is a folk legend from Korea - and still active in the art and music scene.
I am certain he can be helpful ...

Might want to check this THREAD, though it doesn't have any new info.

I don't see how it could be Jillian Graham because she is too young, but she must surely know whose picture she has up on her site, so maybe she can tell your friend.

Jillian is looking for the identity
of the woman on the album cover.

She is an adopted Korean and has
no knowledge of her birth parents.
Although the woman in the picture
is probably not her birth mother.
she is still curious as to her identity.

She is a famous Korean folk singer of the 1970s
Her name is In-hee Park, 박 인희
