Also on in Sevenoaks:

This coming Saturday, 4th September at the Rock Plaza (part of the Stag Theatre complex).

John Otway and Wild Willy Barrett.

Promises to be an evening of sheet lunacy!

Just a fantastic evening of joy and laughter!

I need a visit to A & E to stitch up my sides...they split!

As a duo they're far more than the sum of the parts. Willy's deadpan delivery and beautiful timing act as a brilliant counterweight to John's manic lunacy. And on top of that, I hadn't realised what a consummate musician he is.

He played:

- guitar
- slide guitar
- fiddle
- banjo
- balalaika
- home-made something that looked a bit like a dulcimer
- strumstick
- bagpipes

He didn't play enough pipes to form an idea of how good he is on them, but on everything else he played he showed a high skill level. All while sardonically taking the piss out of Otway!

Nice one Keith and all at Brandywine.

Glad you had a great night Rob. Thanks for the appreciation of the efforts of Keith and the rest of us at Brandywine.

Hope to see you at another gig or two very soon.

Regards
