A slight alteration to the published dates.

There will be no Crayside Live on December 18th due to a prior booking at the Pub.

We will be testing out the pub's p.a.system on November 6th. If you want to be plugged in, would you please bring a lead with you. We have plenty of mics and stands

the pub mixer uses phono

I have a backup mixer with XLR just in case

the speakers looked OK, we'll have to see if they sound OK

perhaps we should have a dry run the week before???

What sort of amp and microphones does the pub have? Also you will need at least two jack inputs for instruments. It might be an idea to loan a decent PA!

Don T Well, it's happened!

Pre-op tomorrow, and my knee replacement takes place on Friday 29th Oct.

Three to four days in dock means that I will be at the opening of Crayside live, though jumping up and down to MC the evening seems a little less likely. Depends how well the painkillers are working, I guess.

It's distinctly possible that for mobility, I will compare well with a beer swilling bollard.

Ain't it a good job that we didn't plump for Oct 30th?
