Jack (The Bard) Sully celebrates his 90th birthday this Friday (1 Oct) and has promised he will grace us with a spot at Frank Hennessy's club a week Tuesday.

I first met Jack at Addlestone Folk Club in Surrey. We hit it off as I was a Surrey exile in Cardiff, and he was a Cardiff exile in Surrey.

He writes (and continues to write) his own hilarious songs, such as Hand in Hand in Hand; Dewi Davies' Mystery Tour, which Dame Pattie has been singing out there for a number of years; and his parody of My Way called Their Way.
