Lucy is on my space so you should be able to get details of how to obtain the EP.

Lucy used to come occasionally and sing in our local pub when she was at York and she's a lovely singer and I had the pleasure of seeing Tom on the Isle of Arran with Glen Bartley and also accompanying Dougie Maclean on 'Caleldonia' so I'll look forward to hearing them somewhere

I like what I hear, I'd like to hear more, but how does one obtain their EP?

With Lucy Wright in the band, no wonder it is good.

Lucy is a great singer and a brilliant Jews Harp Player

I used to like Lucy when she played at Faldingworth, when she was a duo with Paul Young.

Had the good fortune to hear them play both as a band and singly at our singaround a couple of times during Whitby Festival. They are very good.

They do a cracking version of Peter Bellamy's setting of "A Pilgim's Way" on the EP. However, it's not one of the tracks you can listen to on their website, so try to get hold of the EP, or better still see them live.

Strange - I looked at this thread as I assumed that they'd be local to us, with a name like that ... but they're nothing to do with the North Downs at all ... NW England! And named after Kipling's poem "A Pilgrim's Way" apparently, but minus the first word of the title. Good poem.

I have to agree - and they have a local gig coming up. Thanks for the heads-up!

Pete.
