I hope your friend already has procured the program, but I will mention that this documentary is available as a DVD second disc on the Fat Possum Records' tribute to Mose Allison on CD, If You're Going to the City.

Jeff

A friend of mine is looking for a copy of this program that aired on BBC4 in 2006.

MOSE ALLISON: EVER SINCE I STOLE THE BLUES
Friday 21 April 2006 10.30pm-11.30pm; 3am-4am; Sunday 23 April 1am-2am (Saturday night) Info here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcfour/music/features/mose-allison.shtml

"If you're interested in jazz, blues or rock - especially British rock - then you really need to hear Mose Allison", claims director Paul Bernays. His film is an affectionate portrait of the jazz-blues legend, taking in performances and interviews with Mose and such high-profile admirers as Van Morrison and Elvis Costello.

My friend has quite the collection of strange, beautiful and rare things of goodness, and is very willing to trade awesomeness for any assistance towards procurement. He also mentioned something about naming his firstborn as payment as well as cash for postage or whatnot. Hard-copy, download, whatever possible, please, thank you.
