Special thanks to the festival organisers Derek & Mary Droscher for all there hard work through the year in bringing a fantstic line-up together. I hope everyone else had as good a time as me.

Glad to hear you enjoyed this lovely festival! I'm sure Merek'n'Dary will look in at some point when life calms down for them.

It would have ben nice to meet you at the MudGather we held on Saturday, but I guess you were pottering around elsewhere, there was so much to do. There's a thread on the MudGather somewhere around here, perhaps you'll pop in to a MudGather at another festival?

Just returned from Banbury, and I totally agree.

A great mix of guests. Many superb performances. Enjoyable sessions and sings, including the real survivors' session in the Golf Club last night (Sunday). many thanks to Nick and Lesley for their hospitality and good humour (at times, hilarious beyond the call of duty).

Thanks to Mary, derek and their whole team.

Splott Man

I had a great time, although 1200-1700 in the Trades & Labour Club (upstairs) was a long, hot haul !! However,it was worth it ; George P , Jonny & Vicky were brilliant , The "Skiffle Orchestra" were very funny,as were Messrs Donnelly & Barker, and I won a parsnip ! Sunday morning ,I had a great time with Herbaceous Border, playing my cajon, which attracted a lot of interest, even if it's not a "traditional" Morris instrument-----yet !! Sadly,Karen was still a bit under the weather,so couldn't do much, and we went home Sunday afternoon. Now looking forward to the Stewards' fireworks party at Drayton Club in November !!
