What a conclusion to the tour !!! We actually started several minutes earlier than 2.30, as Geoff had to go back north for a gig tonight. There were several floor singers to fit in, so all but one got one song only before the first Three Sheets set. Even with p.a. the guys were up against it with the racket from the bar. Being the professionals they are, they sailed through both sets !For the first time ever, all the raffle prizes were won by Fab Club members . I was M C'ing this gig and with my usual military precision I got everyone on and two long sets for the Sheets plus an encore by about five past five.

We're looking forward to a damn fine night with the chaps at the Lewes Saturday Folk Club this Saturday, 16th. October. Admission is £7, no membership is needed, and everyone's welcome especially if you'd like to sing or play. We kick off with join-in tunes and floor singers are welcome.

One of our residents has been taking anglo concertina lessons and looks forward to comparing her technique with Keith's.
