Subject: Lyr Req: The Drinking Song - Jack Hardy From: voyager Date: 08 Nov 10 - 12:02 PM Mudcatters - In 'drive time' today I was listening to the wonderful Dave Van Ronk collection - 'To All My Friends in Far-Flung Places' and woke up (again) to 'The Drinking Song' by Jack Hardy (songwriter) – Perhaps the lyrics are copyrighted and unavailable to the Mudcat Forum. No harm asking. Curiously, I don't see any past threads on Mr. Hardy's tunesmithing talents. Cheers voyager |
