Subject: My Old Man sheet music cover From: GUEST,Ian Date: 16 Nov 10 - 12:51 AM Does anyone know an old sheet music site? I want to get a graphic of the original sheet music to "My Old Man (Said Foller The van)". Not the words, just the sheet music cover. Thanks |
Subject: RE: My Old Man sheet music cover From: Joe Offer Date: 17 Nov 10 - 01:14 AM Hi- The formal name of the song is "Don't Dilly Dally on the Way." I couldn't find sheet music - but I did find a YouTube video of Miss Piggy singing this classic: (click). We have the lyrics in our Digital Tradition Folk Song Database. I looked at half a dozen sheet music sites, and didn't find it. -Joe- |

You'd think somebody would have a copy for sale, since it's a fairly common song. AND since it's out of copyright, I thought one of the many Sheet Music sites would have the whole thing for free. -Joe- |

Since when has London been in Ireland? I suppose on that basis the The Star Spangled Banner is a traditional French song? |

Hence this error/confusion. See that thread for more info. ~M~ |
