Just arrived home from a macmillan cancer fund raiser. The gig which took place in the Quadrant (Co-op) store in Braintree cost just £5 a ticket & raised £1165. The music was by local band Missing Andy who have become known from their appearance on Must be the Music.
It was one of the best gigs I have seen this year & rates up in my top gigs of all time along side Oysterband outside Woolworths in Bridgenorth. Definitely not folk but wow!!!!!
