Subject: MIDI Player: HELLLPPPP!!!!!

Somewhere in the last 6 months I managed to pick up a trial version of a midi player that absolutely phenonemal sound, ie it actually sounded like instruments and had a very rich and deep tone. Then the PC went splat and I cannot for the life of me remember what the program was called, and of course I do not have my bookmarks, my site histories or the original downloaded file.

Yes very vague, but does anyone have any idea what the program may be??

Thanks for any help

BB

Try going to tucows midi player page (http://tucows.epix.net/midi95.html) - there is a page of them - with ratings and descriptions so you might fight the one you had - or a better one. These are midi players. There are also midi plug-ins for your browser. Two of the most popular are Beatnik and Crescendo. I couldn't find the tucows category they were in so the main page for tucows is here (http://tucows.epix.net/window95.html). Of course, I am assuming you have Windows...

As I recall there is also a good page that discusses them - but I'm off to work and can't find it off hand... Maybe someone else knows of such a thing. At least this will get you started.

Good luck!
