I'd just like to say a big big thank you to everyone who helped out behind the scenes over the weekend. Your support is very much appreciated and we look forward to seeing you again next year. Also a big thank you to all the artists who appeared over the weekend, you all did brilliantly, again thanks for your support.   We hope that you enjoyed the weekend and that your journey home was not too trecherous with the weather. It just leaves one thing left to say, 'Merry Christmas to every one and a very happy healthy and prosperous New Year' to you all. xx

I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st Bedworth Gill - a brilliant weekend.

Seeing old (lovely) friends, great artists (Keith Donnelly was hilarious on the Saturday night), excellent place to stay (the staff at the Bedworth Travel Lodge were the most helpful I've ever come across), and superb food and singing at the Black Bank pub.

Thank you so much for inviting me to MC, and I can't wait till next year now - it's already in my 2011 diary!
Ali x

Thanks to both you and Malc for inviting us, Gill.

I thought GU4 set at the Rugby club on Sat night was absolutely brilliant, and so were Vicky and Johnny - it was about 5 years ago we last saw them and they've really developed into a top line act.

Thanks for all your hard work everyone involved.

Dave and Julia

I really enjoyed my Saturday all too brief visit. Tried to see as much as I could and enjoyed Bill Bates Hector Gilchrist GU4 and Morning After in particular. Just feel sad that Hazel can never make this weekend as its Hissyfit's type of festival. Never mind one day..

I said this on the Mudgather thread but I'll say it again - thanks to everyone who made it happen, and gave us all a cracking weekend!

My big thanks too..
Not just to Malc and Gill for getting it all so right (again), and for inviting me (yes, 2011's already booked in my diary too!), but also to everyone who made it such a great weekend of singing and playing.
And everyone who came and supported my own set of course - the selection of songs being duly tailored to reflect the Arctic conditions!!

Personal highlights were the brilliant sets by Hilary Ward, then Moses & The Ref, and of course George Papavgeris and Vicki & Jonny, as well as GU4, all of whom just seem to go from strength to strength. I'm glad I managed to catch one of Les Sullivan's sets too, but I was sorry to have to miss Bob & Gill Berry this time round.

Yes it was a treacherous return trip, but I did just touch down in advance of the big snowfall!

Here's to next year! Thanks again y'all!
MM

Heartfelt thanks from Nessie and myself to Malc, Gill and the whole team for a wonderful Bedworth FF, perhaps the best we remember. High points for me were Jim's Sunday lunchtime set in the RFC and listening to Bob & Gill, Barry & Ingrid. Only one regret, that I didn't make it to the Mudgather (again). Better luck next time...

Stay warm, folks, and stay well.

One of the tents was Dave the Hat, who, as we all know is a man of steel!

Thank you Malc and Gill again for putting on such a great weekend, although we couldn't make the Friday due to snow, arriving just in the nick of time on Sat to sing with Gilly, then a great Sat night finish in the Black Bank and it was realy nice to see the 2 local girls join in the sing then the concert on Sunday and snuck off mid afternoon to get home. Would you beleive it the camper defrosted by the time we got there. Hope to see you all again soon.
