I attach a link to the Kathleen Seabrook collection of Country Dance Music, it includes how to dance the Hornpipe by Miss A M Cowper Coles.
Some of the music you will know but some I do not recognise.

This book of English Country Dance tunes was found in amongst a lot of sheet music at an Antiques Fair. Kathleen lived in Banstead nr Epsom Surrey and the music is scanned exactly as written by her in her music book.I hope at least a few tunes are new to you.She obviously danced the Hornpipe because her notes are written very lightly in pencil on the back of one of the pages.
