Hey Folks

We're having a big Christmas double header this friday 10th December on the Headland in Hartlepool. Both events are free and everyone is welcome.

6pm - Folk Tales Film Premier - in St Mary's Church, Durham St, Headland, TS24 0JD ( couple of doors along from the Cosmopolitan)

The premier of Folk Tales, a 20 minute film documentary exploring the folklore and memories of Old Hartlepool featuring the children of St Bega's Primary School and the Headland Folk Club. They'll be carols and songs aswell from the kids and from the Young'Uns and others.

8.30pm - late - Headland Folk Club Christmas Party - Cosmopolitan Hotel.

Christmas songs, food and fancy dress (if you want)

Sounds like a great night as an almost regular of Hartlepool, if I didn't have flu and you weren't 140 miles away would be there in a flash. Hope its a good night for you all, sure my drinking buddy will be there if he can. Warm christmas wishes to you all.
