My partner has an old Tokai Talbo Blazing Fire Guitar about which we wanted some what has to be said was some pretty trivial information and we just wanted to express our praise for the speedy and efficient way in which they dealt with our request because it must have taken an extremely disproportionate amount of time and effort for them to do so. It's a shame that more companies and organisations don't have the same attitude. So thanks Tokai!!
