Charley, yes, the Mystic/Forebitter Rick Spencer is the same Rick Spencer with the album "Contentment."

It happens there are several musicians named Rick Spencer. I ruled out this one and this one

Then I found the Rick Spencer who has this web site and this MySpace page. HOME BY OCTOBER appears in the track list of his album "Contentment," but there is no further information.

I couldn't find any lyrics or sound files.
