The Midwinter festival at the Chequer Inn, Ash near Canterbury is on the 3/1/2011 11am-11pm. A week earlier than last year I believe.

Who's going?

At the present rate of progress I am unlikely to be well enough.

Dean and myself of Border Crossing, would like to thank Adrian O and Mrs Adrian O for putting on such a wealth of talent,we both enjoyed our two slots very much, what a great start to Folkie 2011. Also a big thank you to the landlord and staff who worked their socks off and always with a smile. The best thing for me however, and i think for everbody else was seeing and hearing Marian Button sing, that put the icing on the cake. It was great to see old friends again, and also the making of new ones.

All have a great 2011

John S.Matthews
